After 15 years spent in the oilfield, working day and night, often miles away from home and loved ones, Gabriel Lucena realized that in the oilfield industry, we share the same experiences and hardships. So, why is there no app that is truly built for us?

This question led Gabriel to make a bold decision: the origin of the Oil Hand App. A social platform built specifically for oilfield workers, by someone who has hands-on experience of all the struggles. It’s a space for oilfield hands to come together, share experiences, support one another, and find everything they need, all in one place.

Today, Oil Hand is a digital hub where the oilfield community can share, search, laugh, and stay connected with the people and resources of their own specific industry.
